Somehow missed (or forgot?) this announcement from May — Thick Of It producers, writers, and some of the cast (notably Peter ‘Malcolm’ Capaldi, so 1/2 of the best characters, then) (oh yeah, also Steve Coogan) filming a new “razor-sharp political comedy” film in which an anti-war British secretary “accidentally backs military action on prime-time TV.” There’s almost no way this is going to be anything but amazing. Like I said before, the more Iannucci the better, always.
