The site's still got a bit of a wonky login/streaming process, but it's worth it to grab Joe's first new full-length recording since December 2006: Just an Ordinary Man, based on his recent live performance at the Largo: "the story of an eccentric teetering on the edge of madness claims he's 'just an ordinary man.'" If you have no idea who Joe is, dig around further: discovering his work (in particular his The Other Side series) was a life changing experience, and I'll bet it'll work for you too.
